- Performance pay: earn up to an additional $50/week.
- Additional Compensation: Earn $25 for each positive review and $50 for every new season-long customer you sign up.

- Customer Interaction: Build relationships and provide excellent service that earns glowing reviews.
- Independent Work: Operate independently with structured systems, while being part of a supportive team.
- Maintenance: Perform routine equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Safety Consciousness: Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
- Documentation: Accurately record data and feedback to maintain quality service.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Carry a 65-pound backpack blower over various terrains up to 25 times daily.
- Ability to pass Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Applicator certification:
- Required: 5.0 Aquatics & Mosquito and 3.0 Turf & Landscape
- Bonus: 7.1 Structural (not required but a plus).
