Interested in planning a ribbon cutting or ground breaking in the Menomonee Falls or Sussex areas. The Chamber provides this service free for chamber investors. Complete this form as a starting point and a Chamber staff person will be in contact soon.

Ribbon Cuttings are typically used as an opportunity to kickoff a business in the community or a welcome. Some choose to do it in conjunction with a grand opening event. Ground breaking ceremonies occur at the beginning of construction. The Chamber will invite chamber investors, village officials and media partners to these events as a means to bring the Business exposure.

Morning Lunchtime Weeknight Other

We have found the best timeframe for ceremonial ribbon cuttings are around lunchtime or early evenings (3:30/4:00pm Tuesday-Thursday). Ground breaking opportunities are best attended in the mornings. Note that just because this is the preference of the business, we may not be able to work within the limits of the request due to other Chamber commitments. Due to time constraints, The Chamber can only host ribbon cutting and ground breaking ceremonies Monday-Friday.
