Wisconsin Small Business Innovation Forum
Running, Growing and Transforming Your Small Business
Produced by SCORE SE Wisconsin
Message from David Maaske, SCORE SE Wisconsin Chapter Chair
Dear Members and Clients,
I would like to invite members, clients and prospects to The Wisconsin Small Business Innovation Forum which will provide insight into how today's successful business small owners are following a new way of thinking to take their operations to a higher level. Business innovation involves changing the way you think about the business model, financing, branding, sales channels and all other aspects of your investment.
Alex Lasry, Vice President of Strategy and Operations for the Milwaukee Bucks, kicks off the Forum as the keynote speaker. Understanding your customers, competitors, and partners is important but envisioning successful outcomes is essential. The Bucks have reinvented their franchise in Wisconsin and provide a great example of business innovation.
Following Lasry's breakfast presentation, choose from two of three breakout sessions:
1. Strategic Thinking: Inventing the Future of your Business
2. Protecting Your Ideas: Safeguarding business ideas when discussing concepts with potential customers.
3. Financing Your Businesses: What you need to understand about today's financing sources
Michael Scotto, SCORE Regional VP, will wrap up the morning with "What Can SCORE Do for You?"
