How are phones blending in with I.T.?
We frequently hear about “the cloud” in social media posts, advertisements, and in the news, but what is the cloud? What are the factors to consider when evaluating the cloud from a feature set all the way down to the financial impact on our organizations.
Today’s VoIP telephones look and act just like traditional models, but use different and more efficient models to make communication happen. The imaginary line that existed for many years that divided I.T. infrastructure and telecommunications has blurred. We’ll discuss important factors to keep in mind when evaluating business phone systems, as well as the dial tone service you receive, to maximize the value of your overall spend on your telecommunications.
