In March of 2024, TEC was hired to be the Executive Director of Menomonee Falls Downtown, Inc (MFDI). MFDI advocates and promotes the common business interests of its members to ensure a vibrant, safe and exciting downtown. It hosts festivals in the downtown park and surrounding areas to foster growth, businesses and gatherings. In addition, it offers programs such as Beer Gardens and social gatherings in the park.
