LEAN & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Coaching Continuous Improvement Teams This workshop is focused on getting the most out of your Continuous Improvement Investment. A lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt will lead a roundtable style discussion on benchmark best practices and provide a proven strategy for obtaining desired results. Participants will gain a better perspective on how to complete CI projects in a timely fashion, align projects with organizational goals, achieve anticipated project results and achieve sustainable process improvement.
