Upcoming Menomonee Falls-Based Training Grant Course
COMMUNICATION
 Assertive and Confident Communication Participants will learn the difference between passive, assertive, and aggressive communication styles. The course will explore barriers to assertive communication and provide tips for modifying your communication style and the impact of non-verbal communication on your message. Participants will have the opportunity to practice techniques for communicating assertively in the workplace.
