Level 1 Help Desk
Will provide initial point of contact for clients. Would prefer someone who wants to move on from this position to a more supportive role, but we will always need level 1 help desk staff so if that's what you love, we can work with that too.
Answer phones, create tickets, troubleshoot problems and escalate as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot. You don't have to know our specific support issues now, just be good at the art of troubleshooting. Dependable transportation is required.
